White Awake is now Comrades Education!

At the beginning of 2025, White Awake underwent an organizational shift and is now called Comrades Education, with an expanded community and mission. This page now acts as an archive for White Awake. This is no longer an active website or an active organization, but it serves as a place to store the organizational history of White Awake.

During our 10+ years as White Awake, we focused on the need for class-based antiracism programming for white people. While we will continue to hold occasional caucus-based programming for white people and/or folks with European descent, we wanted to bring our work to a broader, multi-racial audience, so we decided to offer our programming with a more inclusive name and brand.
